Who are they?
The Fur Boys - Pastrami, K.C., and Oscar - are three parts of a semi-functional throuple. Each of them have their plethora of personal issues, but despite all of them they figure out how to move forward together.
They're story about the ups-and-downs of figuring out belonging, understanding, and growing as people. (Even if they aren't well, "people".)
Pastrami's a non-confrontational, flighty, and overly-anxious borzoi. He's new to relationships, going outside, and knowing himself in general.
K.C. is an abrasive, quick-to-judge, and fiercely protective kitty cat. Despite his mean exterior, he really does want the best for the other two.
Oscar's a self-conscious, "bottle my feelings up until I can't take it anymore" kind of osprey. Sometimes all he needs is for someone to bring him out of his own head.
